By enrolling in our classes, using our facilities, or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Membership

1.1 Students must complete the registration process and agree to these terms to participate in classes.

1.2 Membership fees must be paid in full and on time as outlined in your agreement. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.

1.3 Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

2. Class Policies

2.1 Classes are subject to a pre-determined schedule and may be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice.

2.2 Students are required to wear appropriate training gear, including a clean gi or rash guard.

2.3 Open mat sessions are included in your membership; participation is at your own risk.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Students commit to adhering to the Code of Conduct and demonstrating respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.

3.2 Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the facility without refund.

3.3 Students must follow all safety instructions and promptly report any injuries or health concerns.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1 Martial arts training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with training.

4.2 JIUJITSU STUDIO is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes or on the premises.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 All payments must be made via credit or debit card as agreed during registration.

5.2 Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.

5.3 Late payments may include additional fees or result in the suspension of membership.

6. Cancellation and Suspension

6.1 Membership cancellations must comply with the terms outlined in the signed membership agreement.

6.2 Temporary suspensions may be requested for valid reasons, such as medical issues, and are subject to approval.

7. Privacy Policy
